Overview

The Adams 14 Operations & Maintenance Department consists of: Transportation, Custodial Services, Grounds and Maintenance. Transportation is covered in greater depth in the following section. Custodial Services, Grounds, and Maintenance are coordinated from the Service Center at 4211 East 68th Avenue.
Operations & Maintenance is responsible for maintaining, upgrading and replacing the facilities of the District from curb to roof for 2 preschools, 7 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 2 high schools.
Mission: to provide a safe, secure, 21st Century learning environment for our students and teachers with ongoing maintenance, new construction, upgrades and inspections.
