Adams 14 is grateful for the partnership that has developed among parents and educators to develop the Adams 14 Language Learner Plan. The district has received feedback on this plan from the following groups: teachers, parents, school principals, and district administrators. We would especially like to thank the Colorado Association for Bilingual Education (CO-CABE) and Dr. Kathy Escamilla for their thoughtful and thorough feedback. Adams 14 is committed to ensuring that all students have access to a world-class education, as well as ensuring that all students “can meaningfully participate in their educational programs and services” (U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division and U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights).
