Adams 14 Sending Out Registration Packets | March 30, 2022

Dear Adam 14 parents and guardians,

On Wednesday, March 30, the district will begin distributing registration packets for the 2022-23 school year. Please do not throw these away. These packets contain important forms that you will need to fill out and return in order to register your returning student.

Adams 14 appreciates the valuable feedback we received in the last year regarding registration. The general consensus from parents and guardians was that physical forms are easier for people to complete than online forms.

Thus if you are enrolling your child into Adams 14 again, these physical forms will be the only way to register a returning student for the 2022-23 school year. Online registration will only be available for new students, including new kindergarteners.

Parents or legal guardians and students must complete the following four forms in order to enroll their returning child for the upcoming school year.

  • Summary Sheet (also referred to as the Registration Form)
  • Student Handbook and Parents Rights and Responsibilities Form
  • Student Use of the Internet and Electronic Communications Form
  • Student Health Information Form

Preschool through 8th Grade students will be sent home with these registration packets for you to complete. Parents and guardians of high school students will need to pick up their registration packet from the school’s front office during business hours.

In the past, Adams 14 has sent registration packets that also included important documents such as the Free and Reduced Lunch application and forms from our partners Kids First Health and Salud Clinic. These forms are evaluated every school year and will not be available until August. Please keep an eye out for those important forms during that time as well.

We appreciate your support. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s school.

Respectfully,

Adams 14.
