Dear Adams 14 Community,
We are thrilled to inform you that starting Monday, Jan. 30, 2023, all services related to student registration and enrollment will be offered in our district’s main office and no longer at each school. This change comes as an effort to centralize the registration process in one building, and improve the options to access resources for all of our families and community members.
Any needs regarding student records, enrollment and registration (education verification requests, new student registration for PK-12 grade, record requests, home language questionnaire, student services, family resources, or general questions) will now be available in one convenient place.
The central office for Student Records will be located in the Educational Support Services (ESS) building at 5291 E 60th Ave. Commerce City, CO 80022. Our offices will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We want to thank the district leadership, schools’ registrar staff, and the Department of Community Engagement and Student Information Systems for collaborating to support our student enrollment process.
We also want to thank our Adams 14 families for allowing us to continue to better serve you and your students. We are pleased to be able to provide you with the best customer service possible.
