On Thursday, March 23, our Adams 14 Board of Education Director Maria Zubia is hosting a casual meeting for the community to ask her questions about the board’s processes and recent decisions. Attendees can join the conversation at either 9:30 a.m. or 4:30 p.m. in the community room of the Educational Support Services building. Click here to learn more.
This week, the district will begin hosting several family information nights regarding state assessments. The first meetings are on March 22 and will be held at different locations depending on your child’s grade level. Click here to view a flyer.

There will be no classes on Friday, March 24, to compensate for all the teacher-parent conferences during this week.
March 27-31, 2023: Spring Break – Schools Closed
All schools will be closed during spring break. Classes will resume for all students on Monday, April 3, 2023.

K–8 students who are invited to participate in this exciting summer learning program will engage in project-based/problem-based learning focused on language arts (Spanish and English), mathematics, science, and Extended School Year (ESY). At Adams City High School, Career and Technical Education (CTE) Summer Camp and Summer Job Corp programs will be offered to grades 6–12, as well as credit recovery for grades 9–12. In addition, middle school students and incoming seniors can participate in summer science programs at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Click here to view the flyer.
Together with Westminster Rotary Club and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Commerce City is giving free books to all preschool kids in the area. From birth until 5 years old, each enrolled child receives a free age-appropriate book every month.
