Adams 14 supports approximately 1,400 students in our district with safe transportation to and from school each day. The Adams 14 Transportation Department consists of 35 incredibly hard-working employees who are dedicated to the safety of the children who ride our school buses. Our 19 bus drivers set the standard for comprehensive transportation safety in our state. They undertake mountain-driving skills training that is not mandated by the state and in addition, receive 20 hours of training, matching the six hours of in-service training mandated by the state. Adams 14 thanks the entire transportation department for going the extra mile to support the safety and well-being of our students.
