State Board of Education Approves Adams 14’s Innovation Plan for Central Elementary School | June 9, 2022
Dear Adams 14 Teammates,
Following today’s meeting of the State Board of Education in Estes Park, we could not be happier to share the news that the district’s proposed innovation plan for Central Elementary School (including the establishment of a community school model on that campus) has been officially approved!
This positive outcome is a direct result of the dedicated efforts of our Board of Education, Superintendent, our partial manager TNTP, Cabinet, Central Elementary team members and families, District and School Accountability Committees, certified and classified staff organizations and team members, community supporters, and external partners who will play a critical role in these efforts in the weeks, months, and years ahead. Thank you to all who devoted their time, energy, and expertise to make this vision for the future of Central a reality!
We look forward to providing all parts of the community with continuous updates throughout the summer as we prepare for the launch of the new Central this August! We will have additional information in the days ahead to ensure all stakeholders are able to play a meaningful role in this transformative implementation process. In the meantime, we encourage you to reach out to communications@adams14.org if you have any questions regarding this exciting news.
